How can HTTP Server receive posted file?

Hi,

How can HTTP server receive uploaded file(by client) and save it to server "root". I have googled, but nothing. Maybe someone can help me or write some kind of code snippet?

This must be SERVER side (to receive uploaded file by client) NOT client side!!! Don't suggest client side (how to send file)
