Website slow response problem

hi i have two website www.wizom.com and www.myyarea.com.

when i am running these website one my local web server then website response time is good, but when i am trying to these website on remote web server then response time is very poor.
why ?
Please help me .

there many possible reasons for this.
you should give more details on how your website is setup.
what kind of website do you have?
do you use ASP? PHP? or other?
do you access a database?
is the website hosted in the same server as the database?
how much bandwidth does your website need?
is your bandwidth limited by the web server?
etc, etc, etc..
