i found so many articles to convert word to pdf... but how can i convert pdf file to word document programmatically(using c# or vb.net)?..

You won't get open source or free solution. Buy a library as Christian Graus suggested. I recommend http://www.abbyy.com/ocr_sdk_windows/[^]. Here you have sample projects to learn from: http://www.abbyy-developers.eu/en:tech:samples:start[^]
