you should use the body of your post to explain your question. What you asked makes no sense. You need to rephrase, so we can try to understand you. Rephrase means, edit your post. The 'answer' button is for answers. You did not post an answer. I deleted your fake answer and put the text into your question where it belongs.

There is no way to do this using ASP.NET and VB.NET. You want the city where a mobile phone is calling from ? Where it is right now ? The city where the person lives ? No matter what you want, ASP.NET and .NET in general has no way of interacting with mobile phones, you'd need to find a third party provider who could do this. They are bound to charge for their services, assuming they even exist.
