Using sim menu option to send SMS

When sim card inserted to the nokia phone it shows customer service option according to the service provider in the menu list. In this service there is an option to send SMS to customer service. In here we can't see the recipient's phone number as we directly using the option in the sim for service provider.
Is there any way to use this option programatically and send the sms. I know to send the sms in normal way by using the AT commands. But this is a special case.

Have a look at Gnokii[^]. they have pretty much documentation and tools. It's in c++ but you can easily access the library in c# using appropriate P/Invokes
