IIS 8 HTTP 500 error

Hi,
I installed IIS in WINDOWS 8 and checked the default with http://localhost/.. its working. I created a html file with <form action="h.asp"> and in h.asp <% response.write "hai" %> but getting HTTP 500 error ... server has disabled the webpage from displaying it.

guide me to solve
