i want to know the code:
acttuly i want to send the auto generated username and password through mail at the time of submission of any form and also this username and password should saved in database

You won't get the exact things, there wouldn't be developers then.
Lets look at your question - i) code for generating unique user name and password; ii) saving them in database; iii) sending it to the users.
Lets start with (i). Are there any business rules in generating user name and password? It can be random numbers, unique identifiers, starts with something or ends with something. Design a way you want them to be and write the code.
Then move to the next step.
Btw Google for these and you will find millions of records.
