Div width not working in firefox

Hi all,
I have created simple dropdown menu with css placed menu in div and i have set div width to 100% its working fine in IE but not in firefox that is width getting changed according to menu.
How to solve this. Thanks in advance.

This is my coding

	{	width: 100%;		
		margin: 10px 0 ;
		background: #324143;
		padding: 0px 0px;
		}
