1 solution

ASP.NET
<asp:button id="MyButton" runat="server" text="Redirect" />

In code behind:
C#
MyButton.Attributes.Add("onclick","return RedirectToAnotherPage();");

Write the following function in the head section of your page:
JavaScript
function RedirectToAnotherPage()
{
document.getElementById('MyButton').disabled = true;
 window.location.href="http://www.google.com"; [EDITED]
return true;
}

My vote of 5.

This should be De-Facto Standard:
Always disable a clickable item on first click

When an eCommerce web site makes a statement that says something like only click once so your order will not be duplicated, you know the site developers did not follow this De-Facto Standard.
