i want to hide textboxes:
give authority to user to change only few textboxes not all, and rest textboxes will be locked .locked means user dnot have autority to update that textbox

For such purpose, disabled controls are used. What did you try so far?

Wich textbox U don't want to update Do Enabled fals ;
C#
txtAdd1.Enabled = false;


And u can hide also like
C#
txtBox.Visible = false;


and u can also use it as a property in aspx file.

Enabling has nothing to do with hiding. Very bad. You should not answer on topics you have no clue about.
