This is not a real question. Please edit it so you're asking something real, or it will be deleted. there is no algorithm for 'inner join', that doesn't make any sense. Everyone knows what an inner join is. What do you need this for ?

Oh, I see. You can't use SQL on files, you need instead to read them and compare them. A dictionary ( map in C++ ) is the best way to use a key to associate data in one file with data in another. As you asked for C++, C and Java, I assume you have no idea what you are trying to do.
