html code generator for the msword

hi i need program that i copy from ms word and paste to the program then it will generate for me html code for that text, like frontpage. could u guys give me advice?

MS word exports data in text,RTF,and HTML data on copy, so your application needs to get data in appropriate data flavor.
So, tell your platform first... HTML, C#,Java??
