I want to embed a file into my app at runtime, as example embedding a text file into my app or any file and extract it to hdd too, and I want to do this steps at runtime only.

Posting answers to yourself is not smart. It looks like four people have helped you, so I almost didn't bother looking. Also, if you press 'answer', why would you post something that is not an answer ? Edit your post.

You can embed anything you like as a resource, and it will exist as a blob of data. There's no reason you can't then load it into a byte array and write it to the file system.
