I've developed a wcf Service for an application. It is working perfectly in local IIS. I'm using VS2008 , IIS 5.1.I want to host it to my domain I've uploaded all the files to other directory(elearningservices) in FTP, without changing the original web.config file in the FTP. When I'm trying to access the service ([^]) It is requiring Username and password(The Service '$metadata' requires a username and password.)
Please Help this is my end points of web.config file i'm giving
      <endpoint address=""
        binding="basicHttpBinding" bindingConfiguration="" contract="IElearningServiceLibrary.IElearningService"
          <dns value="" />
      <service behaviorConfiguration="ServiceBehavior" name="ElearningServiceLibrary.ElearningService">
        <clear />
        <endpoint address="mex" binding="mexHttpBinding" contract="IMetadataExchange"

index.html is a static html page. No code at all needs to be executed for that page!
