PHP pass jquery variable to another page

Hi,
I want to pass a value from one page to another page using PHP.

$( "#slider-range" ).slider({
range: true,
min: 100,
max: 500,
values: [ 75, 300 ],
slide: function( event, ui ) {
$( "#amount" ).val( "$" + ui.values[ 0 ] + " - $" + ui.values[ 1 ] );
}
});
$( "#amount" ).val( "$" + $( "#slider-range" ).slider( "values", 0 ) +
" - $" + $( "#slider-range" ).slider( "values", 1 ) );
});

I want to pass "max" value to the next page when I click submit button.
This function is from a jquery range slider. So, I want to pass max value (whichever value user selects with the range slider).
