How to get excel file content in sharepoint document library using sharepoint2010 excel service?

Hi,

I am trying to get data in excel file which is presented in share point document library.the excel file path is,http://devtest/test/salesperson.xls ,where devtest is my webapplication,test is document library name and salesperson.xls is excel file name.
Now I want to create excel service in sharepoint for this workbook ,but when I try to open the following url ("http://devtest/_vti_bin/ExcelRest.aspx/test/salesperson.xls/model") i got empty page .I have link(http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh124646(v=office.14).aspx) for reference.

Please help to resolve this error
