writing unit test cases in asp.net

Hi all,

Is it possible to write unit test cases for web user control(.ashx files.)
In my project I used java script, web user controls. Right clicking on the .cs file not showing create unit test cases option. Am using vs2008.

What is the problem with my project.

Please suggest me.
