Create a Word template in C# Windows Form

I am developing a windows application where user will enter some of his company information like company name, website, phone number and browse his company logo location from desktop.
Now, what i want is to create a ms word template by using this details. I have checked online i have got some thing which has helped me in opening a word document in windows form. But, how can i display these details and align them.
