editable gridview combobox column at textbox selectedindexchanged event in asp.net

Hi friends

I want to bind editable column at textbox selectedindexchanged event in asp.net gridview.This mean when i select data from textbox based on that i want to bind the data in the comboboxcolumn of gridview with editable.I done this in windows application because I can able to create a datagridview columns in c# codebehid.but i am not able to bind the column with editable dynamically in asp.net.
