error in send email message

i have a class to send message to email , but it never send , it show me error this message :

The SMTP server requires a secure connection or the client was not authenticated. The server response was: 5.5.1 Authentication Required.

It means you need to get with your SMTP admin and find out what the username and password are to connect.

Solution 1

You need to authenticate with the server. Its telling you that you haven't logged in.

You will need to post some code for us to see what you are doing wrong.

The problem says it all, you are not authenticated.See the following links and find out which one is going to help you:
