WCF CREATION problem with visual studio

i selected new project ->added ->wcfserviceApplication template->and deployed->it is working fine at the time of checking(from inetmanager)

but icreated new project->added->wcfServiceLibrary template->and added ->wcfserviceApplication template->and deleted Service1.svc.cs and Iservice1.cs->from add reference ->selected->add service reference->discover->selected the wcfServiceLibrary(first one)->and diployed->and check (from inet manager)->it is not working 


I need help to solve the problem URGENT!

I went and checked. It not urgent at all. Even if it were urgent, "it is not working" is not at all helpful or informative when describing a technical problem. We would have no idea what you think "it is not working" means.
