Problem with printing rdlc report

Hello!!!
I have created an rdlc Report. It's working fine .I set the fonts of all the columns to Arial unicode MS.
It's displaying all the data in the report but when i am trying to print it , it says an error occured while trying to render the report [0x80004005] .

how ever if i change the font to times new roman or Georgia , it will let me print the report.
Report has some text and rest is the fields from dataset.

Please help .

Was there any kind of migration of these reports to another environment? You have lost the connection to the data source.
