Crystal report rumtime error

when I install application on new system it show me following error:

An error has occurred while attempting to load the crystal reports runtime. Either the Crystal Report registry key permissions are insufficient, or the Crystal Reports rumtime is not installed correctly. Please install appropriate Crystal Report redistributable(CRRedist*.msi) containing the correct version of the Crystal Reports runtime (x86, x64, or Ltanium) required. please go to http://www.bsinessobjects.com/support for more information.
I have publish project from Visual Studio 2010,
SQL Server 2008,
Windows 8 64 bit OS.

"http://www.bsinessobjects.com/support" seems pretty clear to me.... did you go there?

I think the problem lies in the "rumtime". When it is rum time your runtime might run away with time or stop it competely.
