Edit Multiple Rows oF DataGrid in WPF

Hi I want to edit multiple rows of a datagrid and then save these updates into database by clicking on only one button!
i dont wanna to save all of the rows of the datagrid in database again!
i dont know how to determine the updated rows to save them!
