i have installed MS Sql Server Management Studio 2012 (power by Visual Studio) but don't know what is the server name i try . and pc account name as well but did not working (network related error..). During installation it also not asked me the server name .

Assuming that your question is "What is the server name where I installed SQL Server?", we would have no idea what the name of the computer was where you installed SQL Server.

You were not asked a server name because SQL Server Management Studio is not the SQL Service itself.
If you want the service, you could try SQL Server 2012 Express (it's a free edition).
I leave to you as an exercise the search and download of the package.

Do you have another server in your machine?
if not, . must work, your server may stop!

Have you installed MS SQL Server?

It is possible to list all instance of MS SQL Server. Please, see this tip[^].

By The Way: MS SMS is a tool which provides a GUI to manage MS SQL Server. Do you see the difference now?
