hello friends....

can u help me abt my question......???
i have a question related to ocr so can u give me any example just like
" first when we drow any numerical character like one (1) and there is not necessery that it should be in proper shape of one (1) digit then application will recognize it with binary format and give return result that its a one(1) digit.. so that way any body can understand that if any digit is not in proper shape."

I am so surprised that an OCR SDK costs so high like $15K. (See Christian's answer)

I suggest you try other commercial engines such as Nuance or ExperVision, which is much cheaper and with high accuracy for business.

If you just want to play OCR for some homework or research, you can try many open source (Tesseract) or free OCR.

If you don't want to OCR common documents but OCR special objects, you can look for an OCR vendors and let them customize an engine for you.

can u explain more about ur answer actually i could not understand.
in our application , there is not possible to attech any external sources means throught out coding all over work we have to establish.

Yes, to do this you need to write a TON of code, or buy a library. The Atalasoft one is very good, I think it's about $15k. It costs that because of how much work an OCR library is to write.
