I am making robotics based project and i want to write its movement coordinates in vector form on matlab. But i dont know how may i can do this. Please help me out.

This is a problem related to solving Inverse Kinematics. Do you want to get the effective trajectory of the end tool manupulated by the robot or do you want to reverse calculate the individual motions of each axis of the robot from the given trajectory?
Try to find out some articles on IK Solving in Robotics.

You've been 'making' this project for weeks. Have you not found any better resources in that time ?
