select a character of rich text box

hi i have 2 richtextboxes. i want to press or select of each character on this richtextbox1, show a text(as a name) on richtextbox2. what shall i do?
more: if i press on character one of line 23, show me a text on richtextbox2

If you select the letter "A" in the first RTF Control: what would appear in the second RTF Control ? Please be more specific.
