What is the different between inherit this class and create a instance of this class?

I know OOP , I just want a brief explanation of the differences, and know what is best to use in general?

No best use in programming (there is a lot of best practices). Choosing your way is depend on your needs.
Knowing OOP is not just knowing the difference between inherit and use, but also knowing when to choose which...

I will be happy to help you, but for that you must ask a true question. As I said, there is no 'best use in general' in programming...
