(scanned pdf) Convert language English to Arabic in c#

I have a scanned PDF (english language). I have to convert this into Arabic language.

not sure what 'scanned pdf' is - an image, ie, a 'TIFF/JPEG/...' file ?

If thats the case, you need to OCR the image to get 'words', then feed those words/sentences/paragraphs etc into a translation service - maybe google's Translate service (I think it has an API) ...

hi,
Thanks for you comment. OCR is very expensive tool. i have lacs of files to convert the other languages. is there any another way...??

you didn't say what your term 'scanned pdf' meant

if you had the originals as pdf documents, you could extract the text without OCR - but, it was your term - please clarify, are you working with images or pdf files

There are many free online OCR services, like www.onlineocr.net which gives free access to OCR 15 Docs/Hour. Try Google. You can find some free translation services too, but their results may not be that useful.
