HI,

I have a word file which is in compatibility mode,when i open the file using WordprocessingDocument command i could not able to load the document using openxml.


Please provide me a solution!

What does it mean? "Compatibility mode" is the mode of the Word editor, not the document. Are you using Word interop, Open XML SDK, or something else?

I am using word interop as well as openxml.Actually the problem was word file which i loaded was in compatibility mode.After turning off that compatibility mode it loaded successfully.

Very good, but another option is using Open XML SDK, which does not require Office installation.
