It depends on the requirements you have in the project. Telerik is best known for its Rapid development capabilities as well as its look and feel. Also, it supports a wide range of controls which we can make a complex requirement easy. But customizing it can be a bit tedious and hard to achieve as already Kornfeld stated.

Since the question was Telerik Rad control related , have a better chance of getting apt solution if you post in Telerik Forum. But a hint would be create a dynamic Radwindow or even a Usercontrol and pass the custom messages , parent control etc as the parameter so it can be invoked and reused across the application.
