Why Am I Not Getting The Jit Debug Information When Crashing

I enabled jit debugger in the config file, but i am still not getting the JIT screen, just getting the this application has stooped responding etc.

in the windows event log i do see a message like "object disposed" but it does not give call stack etc.

the run time is running on windows 7
