Why the links to my LinkedIn profile and Google+ don't work right?

Hi,

I am trying to connect our CodeProject profile with our company's LinkedIn and Google+ profiles.
I go to my settings, then in tab "professional Profile" at the very bottom there are fields for Linked In link and Google+ link.
I insert the links respectively:
http://www.linkedin.com/company/eastbanc-technologies

https://plus.google.com/u/0/+EastBancTechnologies/posts

And then I press Save control. But when I go and click on those links - I get an error 404 message on google+; and on LinkedIn it takes me to my personal profile and not to the Company's profile (well, I am an admin of the Company's profile, but still the link that I add to codeproject form is to the company profile).

then when I go back to my settings/ professional profile I see the links that I just add - appear like this (with no punctuation, no ://, . / and all that was there before)

Please, help resolve the issues with the links.

I am trying to find LinkedIn ID on my company profile page - and really can't see it... Any suggestions where it could be hidden?

I don't have a Company Profile. So, I don't know that.
But I guess it is in the URL, when you open the profile page. Can you find it?

I am not sure: I found a 6 digit number id=163544 (in the status bar), and I thought it is the ID#, but when I insert it in the field for LinkedIn in the profile set-up, and save. when I test the LI icon, instead g redirecting me to http://www.linkedin.com/company/eastbanc-technologies - the message on Linked in page (my personal page) "You and this LinkedIn user don’t know anyone in common
You can only view the profiles of users within your network. However, as you add connections, you may discover people you know in common." Here is the hyperlink:

If you see that Professional Profile page, it says...

Your Google+ Profile ID (https://plus.google.com/1234567890/posts or https://plus.google.com/+UserName/posts)

Mark the Bold part. From the URL, you just need to provide that part.

So, for Google +, it should be +EastBancTechnologies. For LinkedIn, you need to check the ID in the profile page.
