Your question is not meaningful!but pls understand the below

Answers:

1.Is it possible to debug multiple stored procedures at a time? -NO

2.Is it possible to execute multiple stored procedures at a time?- NO

Explanation:

You cannot Debug or Sql server cannot execute SP at the same instance.(understand SQL Analyser)
To explain you better ,execution of Sp happens one after the other.
The same way if you need to debug a SP among all others you need to put a breakpoint in the SP you wanna to !
