Setup creating in VS 2010

Need help

I have created application using C# and i have success fully created the Setup through VS 2010.
However i have strange problem ..It gets installed in my system perfectly no issues at all, where has when i gave the same setup to my colleagues(testing team) they were able to install it without any issue it works fine and application does it jobs what it has to do.. However it is very random that some times when they click application's shortcut icon it again re-installs by itself and then opens the application but again it works fine and it does its job and works fine

The only problem is i am facing randomly it re-install again and again i have no clues why this happens during my setup/deployment process i have made sure i have added the respective dependency files, folders, dll etc... even testing team sometimes they are unable to produce this and it just happens very random.. does any one have faced similar problem..? if so what is the solution for this thank you

hi,may be ur testing team again click in setup one form desktop,short and setup both available in desktop,delete setup pack,click correctly shortcut like left bottom have up arrow......
