textchange event of repeater textbox inside datalist

hello friends,
i am working on a page where i need to show all products under their respective categories. it is basically a online order website. Here i need textchanged event inside a repeater textbox that is inside datalist. But it is showing error 'Home.txthalf1_TextChanged(object, System.EventArgs)' is inaccessible due to its protection level'.
Please help me how to handle this .
