How to creating setup(.exe) file with database configuration for .Net windows form application?

Hi Guys,
I've created a windows form application in c# and sql server 2005 database using .net 3.5, I'm using VS 2008. I have created a setup for this application, I want to get the database configuration file with the setup files so that i can be able to customize it for deployment purposes.

Pls Give me Answer....
