Hi,

I would like to copy the data from any pendrive when ever it is plugged in.

Would like to develop a winservice for this. Please share your thought.

Any reason why you are not considering just using a tool off the shelf instead of building it?

My impression from such question: "nothing else to do". Not because it takes working time, but mainly because such works have virtually no value. And who will use it, ever? Unsafe, not trustful action. Who will trust their drives to the system doing such things?

Eventhough it's a Unsafe and not trusful action there could be users who uses it.

Thanks, prasad a

We have tools for everything. But, i would like to customize.

Why you need Mr. Prasad. It is not even trust and un ethical. Don't encourage such issues. Use windows options to copy files from USB Drive.
