It's a problem either with the article itself, or in the system.
First try asking the author - there is a message board at the bottom of the article which will send him an email - he may be able to re-load it. It's a recent article, so he should be able to help.
If that doesn't work after a while, ask the same thing here:

^] and teh staff will look into it - but that may take a while, it's a weekend, the boss is on holiday, and they are horribly busy trying to stamp on an avalanche of spam we are getting at the moment. So try the author first!
