How to lock empty cells of Devexpress spreadsheet

HI all.......
I am using Devexpress Spreadsheets in my sample project. I am getting the records from sql database and bind to spreadsheet. and then next my task is, lock the empty cells in spreadsheet.
don't allow to write in empty cells, only allow to write whatever cells containing the existing data.Any one known about this please help me...
