I am developing windows phone 8 app which has sign-in page,with fields username and password.i want the code to store those 2 values in isolated storage and validate when user launches the application and if successful it has to redirect to my home page.

I Actually haven't understood your issue, but if you need a data type which stores your information in a segment of memory which is hard to find for an hacker, check out the SecureString class.
