There is so many type of library on internet Which one is free for the commercial use...?

We cannot even begin to answer that question!
As you say, there are so many libraries on the internet, that we have no idea which one you are talking about, and we couldn't possibly list all the free ones!

So go back to where you found "itext" and look for it's licence conditions - they should tell you what restrictions exist (if any) on what you can do with it.
Alternatively, look for a library that describes itself as "open source" - these are normally restriction free, though some require a "thank you" notice.
