Code for matching two fingerprint images

I need to take two fingerprint images saved at any location in my desktop and check whether they match or not.

I don't want to use any SDK as I'm hoping that I can get somebody else to give me something for free and the SDKs tend to cost money.

You need a SDK for that, either a 3rd party or write your own!
