I know it's binary format but how can be converted to one of the programming languages​​, but not the assembly i know it may be it easy i no asked

Source code is not contained in the executable modules (PE files). After compilation/linking, the original source code is totally lost from the output. In principle, you can reverse-engineer such module, but the result will be in one or another form of Assembly Language, and, by far, not so readable as ASM code written by a good developer, because all names are also lost.

Reverse engineering of such modules is expensive and usually does not pay off, unless this is some super-secret algorithm, a break-through inventions if the century.
