Add new row with value on selected grid view row

I have one grid view with some rows. On selected drop down of particular row field, child rows are added. I want to fill up the child rows values with the selected drop down of particular row values.How can I do this?

I have one grid view with 3 columns. First Column is Service with drop down second column gender with drop down and 3rd column with amount with text box. When I am selecting service 1 from column 1 of first row. New rows are created below that row with same column. Now I want details for each column from first row should be copy in the next subsequent rows which are added on service 1 select of drop down from first row.
