Explain Download Failed(Error no:102) in apple, chrome browser

I am generating ics file and opening it to add to calendar,

In mobile , when iam opening the file in chrome browser, it says error that Download Failed(Error no:102)

Mean while in android browsers, it works fine in chrome,

it shows error only in apple products(iphone, ipad)
