i am developing an online ticketing system how can i send email alerts to all the costumers that have submitted their email address in a get email alert box which saves email addresses in sql server 2008 database?

Connect to your database, query the email addresses that you want to send email to, iterate through the result set, for each address, create an email message, send email.

No it's not urgent at all, this is not a write code to order service and even if it were, there is exactly zero information here that would enable someone to write the code for you, and finally we do not do homework assignments for people.
