How Do I Set Page Is Post Back In Ajax File Upload

hello, i'm a newbie here..
i'm VB developer :)
i want to ask, after upload complete in ajax file upload, my variable and my value in Hidden field empty,because that event make the page is 'reload' from beginning..page is post back = false again..
i have tried with property isinfileuploadpostback in ajax file upload,but it nothing

how can i can set page is post back still be true after upload complete?
i hope all of you can give a solution :)
