Login Using Facebook

I need some help/reference about adding a 'Login With Facebook' button. I have gone through many articles but haven't found anything helpful because I see facebook has changed the app-creating-process li'l a bit. That's why the articles don't help anymore.. :(

Here I need to clarify the following matters:

#1. I am running my site in my localhost. Is it possible to connect to the app from localhost?
#2. I am using Visual Studio 2010.

I need help in both creating an app in facebook and linking that app with my site..

Please help! :( :(
